Wormy crappie
Caught a few black crappie before the storms yesterday and started cleaning them the first one had a lot of worms in its innards I mean plum full, threw it away started on #2 same thing but the last few had none, this was the first time I've seen this I have seen a few in the meat bit not in their innards. Has anyone else had this problem ?

I had one yesterday that was plumb full of worms. It seems to be worse this year than normal. Been seeing several with worms behind the rib cage and sometimes in the meat. I usually just cut them out. The one yesterday I discarded because of the huge quantity of worms.

I'd like someone to take a picture of this. I've heard of it but never seen it

I have seen them in their meat and have cut them out but never like what I seen yesterday, I wonder what is causing this.

Yes its the same one's, as I said I've never seen them in their innards and so many, thanks Gregg and would like to hear D10 comment on why we are seeing more of this and especially out of our river.
