Headed down yesterday only had a chance to fish 1.5 hours due to the knats! they were horrific and my wife wasn't having it. Managed to catch a nice mess, if I could have stayed until dark I believe I'd have had half a box!

Nice looking box of fish Matt, y'all did good. Gnats are worst than a nagging woman and I can live without both.

Nice fish! I know I will get some flack about this but get you some "Amber Romance" cream from Victoria Secret and put it on and the gnats will leave you alone, they hate this stufff! A buddy and myself were working offshore and the gnats were terrible. I put the cream on and my buddy refused to b/c he wasn't wearing that stuff! Well needless to say, withing an hour he was searching for the cream too. This stuff works!

Nice catch. I keep a bottle of spray and a thermocell in my tackle bag. At least we don't have no see ums down here. Those bugs are brutal.
No doubt, if you can't find it, vinalla extract works also. This way you smell like a cake!
