Swan Creek dewatering question

Does anyone know if or when they start letting the water out of swan creek behind west dike gate ? This is the area where the duck blinds are during duck season. Thanks

Usually that dike is opened up right after the end of duck season youth hunt the second weekend in Feb.

I fished there yesterday and a couple times the last few weeks. It was closed off yesterday. last friday it was open but the river was about as low as possible. it is probably done unless the lake drops back down to 551. Not much left in the dewatering area to get out anyway.
