What kind do you like ?

Fillet knives and blades. Does anyone sharpen their blades?

American angler...Berkley blades...heard good things about piranha blades.

Will the Berkley blades fit the American Angler ?

yes they will

Have used the original rapala six inch fillet knife. Easy to sharpen by hand and good steel. Last forever.

I agree, I use it to cut the ribcage out.
