How does one go about getting a concealed carry permit? Not the enhanced permit where you must take a class. Just the regular concealed weapons permit.
Inhanced permit is the way to go.......the regular permit is restricted a lot where you can carry. You can however get the regular one and get it inhanced later. Taking the class is really a good thing.
I know enhanced is better, but I wash gas stations at night so that's about the only time (as of now) i'll be needing to carry a pistol with me. Will definitely look into enhanced down the road.Quote:

got mine at the hwy patrol station at batesville. there were only certain days of the week you could apply two years ago. and i have my weapon on me 90% of the time and the other 10% it is in my vehicle. i would never think about open carry.
