Super Clear water buddy so make sure you bring some crawfish / shad colors to resemble natural forage. Sometimes if its cloudy they will hit the usual colors too blue/white , pumpkin / chart ...etc... If it is cloudy and or windy yall chances will be much better. Also, cast as far away as you can...clear water makes em skiddish...Good Luck bud !
Thanks Adam....
Dapet fishes there sometimes, if you have any contact info for him.
Mr. Bruce, I wish I could help, but all I can do is say, good luck.
Mr. Bruce the water there is clear and shallow. Fish are very spooked.. good luck and I hope you catch a bunch..
Mr.Bruce, been awhile since I have been there but imagine not much has changed.Clear water, shallow and nervous fish.Best days are usually windy and overcast. If not prepare yourself for long distance fishing?LOL.Hope you have luck and get to "suckemup".:fish
White perch has slacked off a little bit. spawn is about over, but you can still catchem. Big bream and chinkapin were starting to be caught Thursday and Friday, but the cold front shut them down. A little warm spell should kick it back up. Cloudy days are best. Very difficult to fish in a big wind. Its a wide open lake. pumpkin color is my favorite about 12 - 18" under a cork. Try along the banks first. If no luck, hit the trees. good luck.
If you will go that far on an invite I'll have to think of where I can invite you too.
