Green River Update

Green River Lake - US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District We normally start holding for summer pool about this time of year, however, we are trying to hold our winter pool a bit longer in order to complete some repairs on a boat ramp.

This is the COE response when I asked regarding the lake being pulled at 4400 csf Wed when fishing. Surface temp was 59+ with heavy stained to muddy around the bridge above HolmesBend. Excelate water color from Holmes to Corbin Bend. With pulling the lake and 20+mph winds only managed 6 keepers. Plan on hitting Green Tues, Wed if they ae not pulling the lake again from the rain this weekend. If so, going to Tville or Nolin instead.

we had 45 keepers yesterday and lots of small fish. All was got using SLAB-A-NATOR JIGS......Just about every color was working..
