Barkley 3/17/16:Report*

Hit the water right at daylight with a buddy. He put it on me right out of the gate with three keepers off the first spot with me only managing a monster gaspergoo that I broke my Ego Slider landing. I eventually got in the groove and helped him out with the crappie some. Fish bit aggressively if they were there but were a bit scattered. Had moved up and back a little from last week, water was murky and 59 degrees. He caught his personal best and the biggest of the day 2.24lb. Still wading thru a bunch of shorts. Had to quit at three with fish biting good and 22 keepers on ice. Great day on the water with good company.

Good day Austin! I fished 4 days this week, Found tons of small fish every day, but caught decent numbers each day. Black and Chartruese were best for me. catching some good fish shallow!
