I saw the man in action!

Wylie this a.m. Water was 64 when I put in Up to 66 at 2:00. Ran up to Crowders Creek to join the circus that is up there this time of year. Not to bad but there was this one guy that was showing off ! He always claims to find the No Fish Zones. Well I caught him in a Yes Fish Zone ! Setup the longlines and started pulling in about 8 fow. Sure enough the fish are shallow. Caught several small ones in there. Eased out to 18 fow and heard this awful noise across the water. Looked around and there it was. Mr. No Fish There. We call him brettw. He was doing a pretty fair job catchin some fish on his longlines. Wouldnt sat what color or how deep or anything. Just kept sayin Dont tell CK , I found his honey hole. Was a good day anyway. Caught several throwbacks and kept 10 for a buddy of mine. A handfull of perch for catfish bait. Anything with chartruese they liked. About .7 up to .9 in mostly 15 to 20 fow. Water. temp is already up to low 60,s. They will be in the terrs this weekend if weather holds. Godd seein ya brett. You got that longlining going pretty well. Come on out Sat. and teach me how.

Sounds and looks like a good trip John, even if Brett was trying to crowd you out of your honey hole.:biggrin
