he wanted to fish like daddy and used a 2 inch curly tail chartreuse grub on his little spongebob rod. We were fishing at the duck pond behind the Anderson civic center. he picked out the color himself out of my tacklebox. Funny that the first fish he catches on his own is with a jig. Most kids learn with a bobber and a hook but my son is hooked now so look out.
Now that is just too cool. Congrats on first fish and a great start on a long fishing career. good job dad.
Nice memories made. Fishing buddy for life. Thanks bring back memories 30 years ago with daughters they still talk to this day of them.
