My hand seems to be good as new after surgury now . We been working overtime so havent been fishing much . I went to one of my night crappie spots friday and picked at crappie to 12 " . Sunday took my maycraft out to run and did some perching got lots of em kept 82 good ones had fish tacos tonight( 6 of us eating em) put rest in freezer for feuture fish fry .Attachment 232328 Prolly go to work all weekend this week so glad I got that little trip in .
I was gonna make a post yesterday asking about your hand. It must be a bionic fishing hand since you blew me out of the water with that perch catch. I ran up that creek near my house last week and didnt catch one. The only thing I got was a giant carp! Gonna go perchin again on Wednesday if everything works out. Fished the bay this afternoon at the end of outgoing tide and caught 15 striper in an hour and a half. Nothing big, all fell between 15 and 22 inches. Still fun though. Glad your hand is as good as new.
I am glad that the surgery went well for you. Excellent catch there. I was went out for a couple hours on Sat. morning and only managed one crappie and one bluegill. I defineately fished at the wrong spot, ha ha.
Thanks guys , yea those perch on the seaside creeks are hard to figure sometimes,all the bay side rivers are good now even the lower ones.Funny thing is the farther south the more the perch seem to be out toward the river mouths more .
