Wanted to avoid tournament crowd so I fished several creeks on upper Coosa. Lot of short fish in some creeks not much in others. Water temp 60 degrees. Problem is Ala power keeps fluctuating water levels and good fish won't move up. Just my thoughts. Was pulling jigs on planer boards. Lot of people fishing banks catching small fish too. Don't know what the cool snap latter in the week will do but I assume it will slow things down a bit
