Tornado crappie on the Bonne idee

Weather man said 5 - 15 today. I say he was off by 10 mph. Wind was gusting at 25 when I quit.

Had to keep them down under the water and lip them quick before the wind caught em and they flew up like a kite.


Kept a couple dozen off the trees. Caught them on my blue/chartreuse and black/chartreuse rubber skirt jigs.

Went back today and kept 18. Caught 2 of the biggest I can remember catching from the Bonne idee. A big ole donkey headed 2.02 crappie and a 1.13
