Sunday shore reporg

Did allot of things around the house this weekend but did manage to do a little fishing from shore. Was hoping that some fish had moved into shallow water and I was not disappointed. Started out with my homemade stinger jid about 3-1/2 feet under my bobber, started catching crappie right away in this little bay I like to fish. Left there and tried other areas with no success. Came back to my first area, nothing until I moved my bobber up to 5 foot, then game on. Caught around 25 crappie, most in the 8 to 10 inch range, no big mama's but lots of fun. Jig color did not seem to matter. Fish were tight to the bottom but bit good, now it is starting to feel like spring!

Thanks for the report! I think this is what many of us have been waiting to hear. I am getting out in Pa tomorrow. Should only get better with the warm weather to come!
