Kentucky Lake 3/4/16

Spent the better part of the day on the lake, pretty cool out there without any sunshine. Been fishing Barkley for the most part but switched gears today and tried Kentucky for the first time in close to 6 monthes. Would like to say they are jumping in the boat but not the case for me today, well atleast the keepers weren't. No shortage of small fish, deeper wood is loaded with them. Probably threw back 50. Ended up with 14 keepers, really had to hold it still to get the better fish to bite. The quality was nice, biggest weighed 2.5lbs. Good day Austin! I spent the day putting out stake beds in barkley. I spent an hour yesterday afternoon casting to some brush, caught a couple. The brush was loaded with fish though, wont be long till its gonna be on!!

Buddy good to see you out as well and glad to hear you guys are excited about another grandbaby on the way.

Jeff, wind definitely was along way from light and variable in the morning for sure.
