I made an afternoon trip today. I fished with shiners for an hour an couldn't buy a bite. I then put on my hand tied orange and red jig on and started catching. I kept 11 sacs and 2 bass. I threw back a bunch under 10 inches.Attachment 230549Attachment 230550

Thanks. Its pipe cleaner, florecent orange bucktail, rainbow flasabou and red flashabou marage. It has been great in muddy water. The fish must thik it is a crawfish. I have caught way over a hundred fish on that jig and it still looks new.Quote:

Congrats on the catch and thanks for the report.. Better make you a backup jig just in case. I got a report the other day while i was at mermentau from an older gentleman that put in at Lorraine bridge and went South and tore them up.
