Head of Memphis VA "ousted"
They never fire people. They just move them around, It is a shell game. No loss financially, still in the VA system. You or I would have been "out the door". She lied. Veterans died.

The head of Memphis VA Medical Center has been ousted and replaced by an acting director amid findings that the institution is plagued by "underperformance" problems, officials said Thursday.
Dr. C. Diane Knight, CEO of the medical center since July 2013, is being transferred to the Veterans Integrated Service Network 9 in Nashville to serve as Primary Care Service Line Chairperson, the VA said in a brief announcement.
Effective Monday, the acting director at the facility will be William "Bill" Mills, who headed the VA hospital in Altoona, Pennsylvania, which has consistently ranked as one of the top facilities in the Department of Veterans Affairs system.
