Everyone was a pro crappie fisher person this past week here in the deep south..average catch ranged from 50 to 150 fish a day..it was the perfect storm of sac fishing..warm temps, moon phase and yes it went crazy...but as they say, once ya here about it, its too late lol..i let my buddies keep their fair share but i let most go...my slogan has always been see the roe, let it go lol ..this high water has been the best thing for our fishery...i am always grateful for my time on the water and love it when its this easy to catch limits...life is good here in the south

Nice report, "everyone was a pro". Good one, sort of like "wish I was there with a dip net" Pic looks like a dead end canal I use to fish in Delta Farms down in Larose with plenty of good memories. Thanks for sharing!

Good to see you posting again. I have always loved your posts and admired your catch and release. Are you planning a trip to Poverty Point this spring? I plan to be there the week after Easter. I already have a lodge reserved for the family.

Pastor heading to the point on March 7-11...looking forward to catching those big fish.. We have great numbers here in the south, but nothing like those up north.. It's a crappie fishermans dream.. Love the lake and the people I've met up there .. Good luck when you go
