I've smoked the large breast from the chicks I killed. They had a season rub and wrapped in bacon.
Slow with a water pan.
Charlie knows how to smoke a Rooster.....don't know if he knows anything about rosters tho :Rofl
Rub down with your favorite seasoning....I like Tony Catchers Creole seasoning......fill water pan with sprite.....set temp at 225......cook untill internal temp is 160. Use cherry wood chips.
When done..... call me and Charlie
Do 2 of them Rosters and some baked beans and tater salad we might even work on your boat:Rofl
regardless of how you cook it be sure the internal temp has reached or very near 165..
Go to masterbuilt and look at their recipes.
