Monroe

Went by Monroe 2-16 Cutright ramp and lake east of 446 open. Went to Paynetown ramp was iced in but lake was open about 100yds out from ramp. Thing that got me was the lake was real muddy both side of 446. If you go on lake in boat be careful saw ice floating around lake. Most coves that I could see looked like a thin layer of ice. Docks at Paynetown all iced in but main lake was open. Hope this helps anyone.
