Bundick's Lake
Ok, I hadn't been on here in a long time and I will try to get on more often and be active.. I will start off with a fishing report.. Went to Bundick's this morning to check it out.. Wind was pretty much calm with it picking up a little during the day.. Fished the lake in 13-21 fow and fished 13 ft deep.. Water temp was 54 Ended up keeping 50 and throwing back about 25 short fish. Out of the 50, probably 35 of them were caught on Black/Chartreuse jigs and the rest were on various colors. I didn't get a pic of them after I caught the limit, the first pic is the two biggest and the second pic is when I had 41 in the livewell.

Nice catch. I never did well there. I quit going when I high centered my boat on a stump. I had to get in the water to lift it off.

I hear that.. There are many people that only fish it once or twice and leave it alone.. It's not a friendly lake for long lining/ drifting.. That lake is the reason that I started making my own jigheads.. I have lost as many as 40 in one trip.. Only lost about 10 today.

Great post Johnny! Some nice fish for sure. And as far as that lake not being "friendly"....Well as Sneaky Pete says..."Bundicks suffers from a lead problem and I have help contribute to that problem!" The last time I went there, I believe I probably lost between 20 and 30 jigs and I pour my own now too! Thanks for the report!
