Homemade LED Submersible Lights

My first attempt at a submersible LED for my summertime crappie fishing. I am pleased that it turned out ok. This is the first of 4 that I will be making. It is water tight and the LED strand itself waterproof. These sell for $75-$100 at Cabelas and Bass Pro. I made this one for about $25 in materials. I will add a detailed list and pics later if the full process and materials...Happy Fishing

That looks great. I have four smaller ones that don't put out enough light for me. Post a how too and I'll be on it like a duck on a Junebug. Did you add weight to them in the extended bottom side to keep them down? :yikes

Will do.

I used about an 8 inch peice of 5/8 threaded rod on the inside of the 3/4 on the bottom end. This is enought to take it under the water.
