Anyone fish for sacalait in chicot lately?

I have never fished there but always wanted to. Haven't heard anything on it this year, sorry. Hopefully someone will answer you that fishes that area soon.

I fish there once a year, I put my boat in at lake village boat ramp winch is real nice. I don't know the lake well but I go north and there is bridge and I have had good luck there. I've also caught fish on the West Bank by there draw down system winch is a lot of concrete. I wish I could be more help if you google earth it from lake village you can see the bridge and draw down system.

Are you referring to Chicot Lake in Evangeline Parish? If so, a friend went yesterday morning and zeroed. Only 2 bites, but missed them both. It'll turn on as soon as it warms up a little bit.
