Not familiar with Millers Lake. Where is it?
It's located just north of ville platte. It's a small private lake that is closed to fishing for duck season. There season has been closed for over a week as there in the west zone.
This month's Louisiana Sportsman's cover story is about Millers Lake and catching crappie in it. Very good article.
I caught 9 this morning in the trees. they bit from daylight for about 30 minutes, then they shut down. Not a bite after that.
