Things will get better for couple days - next week. Them biggins will still be
there in the "ole honey hole"
This cold weather will bunch them up and get them to thinking about spawning

I know the fish are there, if I can't catch them, well that's on me! :dono Water temps were 58-59 a little windy not bad, then winds calmed, tried long lining and nothing, assortment of colors and styles of jigs all tipped with minners. Later changed to spider rigging and that's when I caught the 5.
Maybe I do have one excuse! :biggrin My friend that I go fishing with, told me to feed my minners spinach?? nonono I'm thinking maybe they were so wound up, they'd be scaring the Crappies away?
