Mine is working fine on my android
Try signing in again
Or...take your battery out of phone for a minute and put it back in and let phone re-boot
I'm on a iPhone 6 working fine for me.
I've done all things possible including deleting and reinstalling app. Might be a cell carrier issue. It goes to a spire email page. iPad works fine
Updated iPhone to latest iOS and it now works fine.
