What happened to SeaRay? He has not posted on here since last Thursday!! Well, OK, I know someone would have asked if they had thought about it.
So, for your information I was on my annual golf trip to the beach. And, true to form, the rain played havoc with the golf. We got to the beach Friday for our noon tee time and it was raining cats and dogs. So, we got a rain check for the golf and will try it again next year.
We hit Nance's Seafood and Oyster Roast that night and had a good meal. There are 16 of us. This is my 33rd year with this group, and some of us have never missed a trip.

I am the 3rd from the front on the left, my son(Jeff) is the 1st one and my grandson is the 2nd. I brought my son when he was 16 and he has made every trip since and will be 46 this Thursday. This is his son's 3rd trip and he will be 18 in Feb.
We did get to play Saturday and then we always cook a meal at the condos on Sat night. One of the other guys brought his son who turns out is a professional chef, so we turned the cooking over to him. My son had brought a 16 Lb. Prime rib to prepare so our new "chef" prepared the meal with some KP help from the rest of us.

He really did a great job on the meal and the presentation was outstanding. I learned the difference between a cook(me) and a chef(Jamie). We told him he had a standing invite back next year. His dad, Tom, like me, has made every trip for the past 33 years.
We got rained out again Sunday, (more rain checks) but we did get to play today(Monday) and it was not too bad, just a tad chilly at 10am but it warmed up nicely.
We all home safe and sound(Jeff just called to let us know they were home in Atlanta). Seven hour ride for them, but well worth the trip.
Now, back to fishing after I recoup for a day or two.
Ray
