Fished the Amite around Collyell and not even a bump in 4 hours last week. The water was pretty high and moving pretty fast. we fished shallow to about 12 feet of water.

I know exactly how you feel. LOL.
I'm fishing salt next weekend down south for Specks and Reds, hoping the opening of the Morganza and the Bonnet Carre doesn't effect that too much.
Water is high and messed up over here big time to. I think I'll be heading down to some coastal creek next week to try some new water. Our waters in the delta have not been this high since 1990. :banghead
