Ok Guys,
I panfish a lot but I always use live bait of some sorts. I would like to venture out of my norm and try to target them via artificial baits. How do you present soft plastics to the gills?
Thanks,
LC

Beattle spins are good but one of the new hot items are the Spin Dandys, They are a little more expensive but they catch the fish.
Thanks
One inch long grubs and 1/32 oz. heads with number six hooks. Junebug with chartreuse paddle tails have produced best for me. Catfish like them too.
I use a seven foot light action spinning rod and reel and four pound line. Count your bait down till it hits the bottom and reel it back fast enough to occasionally bump the bottom.
I have tried everything I know of for Panfish. I use these today for all Bream. I use some plain, some with a spinner and sometimes I use a spinner with a cricket on the hook. They are the best I have ever used.

I have good luck with any chart tail jig on both bream and specks
