It is with great sorrow that I tell you Mr. Jimmie (Jrow) Rowell passed away today. He had a very severe heart attack January 2 and passed this afternoon. His Black Lake Reports were always informative and he was famous for using the Grey Ghost jig. He will be missed.
Sorry to hear that. My prayers will go out to his family. He will truly be missed. My he rest in peace.
It saddens me to hear that you lost a good friend.
Please take courage in knowing that he, his family and you will be in my prayers.

Thanks for letting us know Brother Maxwell. Not only will I miss Brother Jimmie's posts, but I will miss seeing him over at Black Lake. He was a mighty fine man, always giving people advice on where and how to catch a crappie at Black Lake. He gave me 3 of the original Gray Ghost one time when I first started fishing Black Lake. I thought a lot of him. I will miss him. I considered him a friend. My prayers go out to his family and his church. They lost a great man when the Lord decided to bring Mr. Jimmie home. Lord, be with JROW's family. Comfort them as only You can. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Sounds like a great guy! I truly hope that those who are close and love him experience Fathers comfort and His arms wrapped around them as they grieve.
