Last year I was a complete noob to fishing when I walked into Monks trailer at the show. I think I spent about $20. After fishing non stop for crappie all year, I might not bring the wife this time. :) :)

good idea to leave the wife at home when going to the fishing show. My wife don't even ask any more as she knows I stock up now and my girls look forward to going every year and going into Monks trailer to pick out new jigs!
