Lake pierce report

Took to the water last night after dinner while Santa was making his rounds! I had never been on this lake but had herd a few solid reports lately so me and my buddy decided to give it a try! We stumbled upon a marked brush pile in 9 FOW that had brush out of the water so I figured that was good of a place as any to start we put out the lights and a few poles with minnows and two rods with jigs. We only caught a few small specks after a few hours of fishing a relocating but did manage a nice channel cat witch was a nice fight on that light line and will surely make the grease stink!
