Outboard trouble

Anyone know the best place to find a lower unit for a 25 HP Yamaha (1992 2 stroke)?

There is a guy I bought a used Yamaha from in Orangeburg. He has a shop in his back yard and does a pretty good business, He must have 300 used motors laying around. He works part time so you may have to leave message or call back.
