Scottsboro Report 12-14
had a couple of hours today so fished at a demolished bridge on hwy 72 for an hour or so starting around noon and caught and released 11 crappie all around 10-10.5 inches. I was on top of the bridge structure and didn't want to climb down to the water to fill the bucket with water. when the bite died , I moved to a nearby bridge and caught 15 keepers and a couple of shorts. bite was great till a loon moved in and chased them off. got a couple of 14 inchers in the mix. all on baby garland blue ice on 1/16 th ounce jigheads.
