Slow day on the Bone.

Fished till noon today. Kept 11 with 2 of those being short fish that were gill hooked. Tossed backs several small fish early with the bite kida playing out by 10 am. Big fish for the day was a 1.45 black crappie.

Wind was stout out of the NW limiting where you could fish. Spent my day up near hwy 2 bridge because of that.

Caught one keeper on jig and the rest on minners pushing 4 poles along channel edge 18 ft deep.

Tied these the other day and tried them a while today and no they didn't work.
