Thanks for the pics Buddy.
To those wondering, Jere and his wife Patty did a wonderful job of their cast iron, open fire cooking demos. That skillet of potatoes, onions, sausage, corn, etc had to have been 5 gallons of food that looked and smelled wonderful. All us cooks thought there would be no way they would eat all that without us getting involved---WRONG! When they started serving that dish, it was Katie-bar-the-door and everyone for themselves. I think all us cooks had to split a small bowl. Of course, other than Cajun Cooker, all of us cooks could stand to push back from the table every now and then. We did get in on the open fire cobblers, a unique dish but great.
