Met up with my buddy Jerry (Ski Trip) today and enjoyed a great fall day. We caught a few on NIMROD specials over brushpiles. Lake TP (top secret) :Rofl was not too crowded and that is something rare these days . Left with 16 Crappie with some good ones. Biggest 7 total weight was just under 12 lbs but nothing broke the 2 lb mark .:fish Sorry photo is poor because his phone went dead and I left camera at home .

Has the lake come up any with the rain we got last week?
I was out on Nimrod running nets yesterday and it was lower than ever . Normal level actually . The rain all soaked in and creeks not running at all . Better watch if you go over to Nimrod with lower levels cause silted in spots and stumps sticking up all over ! Change of pace on a road trip today .
