Crappie fishing is new to me. Growing up I mostly hunted and fished very little. My wife and I now live close to a nice series of damned up lakes with good crappie fishing in Alabama. Got my first boat and geared up to fish. Have been a few times with some friends and had some luck. Crappie are my favorite eating fresh water fish! Also fun to catch! Very excited to learn from everybody on the forum!
