Hope you all are getting you fair share of Walleye. El Dorado Lake is still on fire and will stay that way for some time I bet. Caught our limit last night in short time. All put back for another day. If the troll bit isn't there, drop down and fish with swim baits. It works very well. Remember to turn some of them back as we will need them for the spawn. :yikes

Sounds like fun. Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to get out for a few more weeks. Thanks for the reports.

what bait to use for trolling?

What type of area are you fishing for the walleyes i.e. Flats, drop offs creek channels. I don't live near el dorado but was hoping to try that on some lakes near me.
