Hey Folks,
My son has a nice house for sale within a mile or so of Eddy Creek Marina on beautiful Lake Barkley. Would make a great place for the fisherman, hunter or boater wanting to be very close to the lake while avoiding the sky-high prices of lakefront property. This 2 bedroom house is in great shape, on a nice lot in a great location. He's been asking $85,000 for it, but would take less. PM me for more details.

Guys, the best way to find pics of the house is to go to zillow.com and type in the address, 10369 Ky 93 S, Eddyville, KY. The house is listed with a realtor till the end of this month (the 30th). If you are interested, pm me and I will give you my son's cell#. On zillow.com you can watch a "virtual tour." The listed price on zillow is $87,500, but I know for sure you can buy the house for less.
Forgot to mention, the house has two baths, and a very large family room, large lot, fruit trees.
Zillow is not showing anything for that address.
