Well it took 3 weeks but I got a txt yesterday telling me where the motor cycle was. Obvisously we prepaired for an incounter and off we went. Sure enough found the bike got. After a very good few minutes of telling him why we was there he watched us load and leave. I promise he don't feel like stealing today. he bike is now black but in pretty good shape.
I'm sure you got it chained up or inside the house now. I am glad you got it back.

ok hold on...in your last post you said Springfield PD would not "go after" stolen bikes? Do you mean they would not investigate? Just wondering because that is a felony.
OK they will not chase a motor cycle at all stolen or not if it runs from them they are to turn off lights. If they find it setting and someone with it yes they will get it. I wasn't very clear on that It is crazy how all this works. We knew exactly who had the bike and an address and they didn't do anything we had to. Lucky enough we got it back. He is in jail now he got caught in spfd with dope again and now is going way. I hope they keep him along time.
