Arkie Milnnow Teasers?

I've never seen or fished these. How's the best way to fish 'em? I thought about tightlining them w/ 1/8 oz split shot 6" above the bait, or using as a trailer behind a jig when trolling. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.:dono

I rig mine like I do a double minnow rig......Capps and Coleman style with half oz weight between them......tip with live minnows and spider rig.
