Henderson Ponds and Pilings
Made it to Henderson midday Thurs. Went North and fished shallow most of the afternoon in ponds located off location canals. The bite was not real fast but the fish were a lot bigger than they have been lately.Fished mainly 1/32 black/chart. hair jigs about 20 inches deep around ANY structure I could find for about 18 nice fish. On the way in stopped by pilings in Texaco canal, found another 6 fish about 7 foot deep. Shallow or deep, Henderson tries to oblige.
