Lowrance 522C

I have a Lowrance 522 that is just showing a white screen. Has depth and temp but only a white background. Is that something in the unit or transducer?

Everything white with no menus or anything else? Chart and sonar both?

I can pull up menu and it has chart. Just sonar is white

is it in the water? sonar won't work if not in the water.

Yes and appears to be sitting level.
