Talquin this weekend (10-10/11)

Staying at Lake Talquin Lodge this weekend and taking the wife to the FSU-Miami game (it's all about the []_[] ). Gonna do some fishing Saturday morning and Sunday.

Any recent reports would be appreciated. I don't need specific locations (I can see where the boats are too :biggrin) but a general idea of the activity would be appreciated.

BTW, I'll be on an old 16ft aluminum bass boat with an old 40 johnson. Say hello or tell me to back off if I troll too close :highfive

I plan on being there.....should have a good report by the time you get there.........They been catching fish....biggest I heard of is 1.13 ......pretty good fish for this time of year.

Well, not much to report. Caught few fish on Saturday morning and Sunday morning. Fish were scattered and didn't seem to want to bite. Plenty of fish on my graph and they saw every color I had. Bite will only be getting better from here. Big fish went pound and a half.
