Beautiful day to be on the lake with my bride. Light wind, water 76.8 to 78.4 degrees.
Fished outside of Long Shoal and up Tebo islands. Only caught 1 small crappie and 1 small bass dippin'. Trolled a bit,zip nothin'.
Did get to see seven turkeys walking the bank about 20 yds from the boat.
Then I got a pic of the wife and this Big Bird.

We got to see them doing some maneuvers. Was worth the trip alone..
Sounds like a rough day on the fishing, but at least you got an airshow. Cool pic!
Its not always the fishing part that makes it a good day. Looks like a nice day to be on the water. Congrats.
For some reason I can't help but wave at those big bird pilots,,,,,,, it's cool when one waves back.
