Nice place Bob.. My wife and I would love it. She wants to move back to Texas so she can be closer to kinfolks. Need to hold it for her until she retires in a couple years. I'm ready to go but she said we'd miss the grandkids to much. I said they can come visit for the summer..lol. She misses that Texas heat.

I went to his place last month. Very nice with the acreage and heavily wooded. All of his out buildings are very nice as well, top notch for sure. Boat house is off the main lake back in a cove which is nice for Toledo Bend when the wind kicks up.
How big is the garage and how wide are the doors.
