Black Lake 9-16-15

It was a tough day for me at Black Lake. Beautiful day and very nice weather, but the fish would not bite. Fished from daylight until 12:00 and only one bite. Caught that fish at bridge. Did not even get a bump fish the trees. Maybe I fished all of the wrong places. I didn't see anyone catch a fish. I did talk to a father and son that was fishing with minners and they told me they had caught 2 crappie and 2 catfish. Maybe I'll have better luck next week. Or, maybe Jesus will come back. Then it won't matter what the fish do.

I've had those days too. I saw one of the "best advice" contest posts that talks about locating fish. He said they're going to eat every day, but sometimes we just have to find the right place, with right bait, at the right time....That's a big order to fill in a few hours, so I just do the best I can and chalk it up as a boating trip. lol

a bad day fishing is better than..........what.....you heard it before.........Jk....thanks for the report....makes me feel better bout my sorry...trip this am.
