CLECO LAKE 9-13-15 LOTS OF SMALL FISH

went back to cleco this morning and the store where i get my shiners give me some of the smallest shiners I have ever had.. I normal pick up a few small fish when I go but today it was terrible I worked very hard to come out with the fish I did I'm working on the video and should be able to post it tomorrow here is a picture of what i came home with only fished 3 hours I give all these fish to a man who has been after me for some (HOLE FRYERS) he calls them :) it was a fun time very active this morning in the boat as you will see in the video

Nice mess of fish even if they are on the small side. I like to keep me a few friers every once in a while. My wife doesn't like them but I grew up eating them. My dad never fileted anything. Congratulations! I know the fellow you gave them to will enjoy them.

Im blaming the small fish on the bait but I guess it could be anything but the Person holding the fishing pole :biggrin . anyone have any ideals I can try and use if I happen to get in this situation again to trigger bigger fish to bite?

Good job, that's the home made I've seen. Both camera angles were good. On the first angle, I could help you watch your poles.

I enjoyed that video and was laughing as you had 3 poles going at once. Bet that was a lot of fun! When you said you think the small bait was the problem, I'm not 100%, as I've seen small crappie bite big baits they could never eat, and big fish hit small jigs/shiners. Maybe it was jut the location was full of dinks or something. Still looked like a great time so thanks for sharing with us.
