Sound great. My favorite was 100 doves in a dove and sausage gumbo. Best gumbo I ever ate. It fed 12 good size men on a Christmas eve working shift work about 15 years ago. I will never forget it.

I took 18 dove breasts Saturday night, cut the meat from the breast bone, split jalapeņos in half, filled the halves with cream cheese, placed the meet on the cream cheese and wrapped it with thick cut bacon and man oh man. I bet I ate 15 out of the 36 dove poppers.... It should be against the law to eat that good... I've got a jam up way to cook duck tacos too.
